What do I need to have at check-in?
At check-in you must have a government issued photo ID and a credit or debit card for incidental charges. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation.
Does the property accept cash?
No, credit cards only.
How much is the incidental deposit?
Incidentals are $50 per night, debit/credit must be chip and pin with matching ID

Check-in Is 4:00 PM Check-out is 11:00 AM
Is early check-in available?
Early check-in is offered from 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM based on availability. There is an early check-in fee of $30.
Is late check-out available?
12:00 PM complimentary late check out is available upon request based on availability.
A 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM late check-out is available for a fee of $45.
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to 24 hours prior to check in date and time (4:00 PM)
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. There is on site self-parking available at a charge of $15 per vehicle per night.
Do you allow pets and what is the pet fee?
The Anza Hotel is proud to be a dog friendly hotel. There is a $35 fee per dog per night with a limit of 2 dogs per room. Fees are waived for service dogs.
Is smoking permitted?
The Anza Hotel is non-smoking property, there will be a $250 deep cleaning fee upon check out for smoking.

Yes, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport are both nearby.

Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.
Does The Anza Hotel have ADA-Compliant Rooms?
Single king and double queen rooms are available with walk in shower and tub options. We only have a limited number of ADA rooms.
Can luggage by stored on property prior to check-in and after check-out?
Luggage can be stored on premises while rooms are being prepared, and after check-out.
Does the hotel provide rollaway beds?
Extra beds are not provided, but there are sleeper sofas in each guest room.
Do you offer laundry services?
There is a laundry room on-site that guests can utilize.
What are the hours for Graze Bistro?
Breakfast is available 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Graze Bistro is open on select weekends, usually during the summer/high season.
What are the hours and offerings of the Anza Bar?
The Anza bar is open on the weekends from 5:00 PM – 10:00PM offering bar food, wine, and craft beer.
Is there a coffee shop on property?
Graze Bistro offers a variety of coffee options from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
